Coruscation House Presents: Live @Nokku

What's Shakin?

I'm hoping everybody reading this had a Friday as good as mine. It was the kind of feeling you miss, however never experienced before. Thanks to the ladies at the Coruscation House, I had the luxury to lounge at the Diplomat Resort. One of the classiest main attractions in Hollywood, Florida.

Once I got to the lobby, I was feeling the island-themed decor. Not far from the lobby was the lounge are area with private party rooms included. That's where the Glam Boss, Siobahn Nicole, alongside Shiniqua Simone and Mel were hosting one of livest new waves around. The idea of Live @Nokku  is for recording artist and entrepreneurs to have a direct outlet to the public. Building with these two talented sisters is always good vibes.

We also had smooth R&B singer Mr Cooper, 99 JAMZ representative Oshawn James, plus a Hip Hop chart burner, Jai Jin. Everybody was in the building bringing positivity. The room was so fly, we had to get an interview on the spot. Which was lead by host Steven Smith. Shortly followed by a historic freestyle-cipher!

After the drinks were through and the recording ended, it was out to the seaside pool deck. Can't wait to show you what this pool looked like, by the way. That ambience kept the mood flowing. When you party with the ocean in the backyard, you gotta take advantage of life and live.

What's better than sharing God's blessing with your people, doing what you without hater in your face. The night ended on the beach enjoying the Atlantic breeze. All was in sight were lights from ships and other private beach parties. In these moments, do what Wiz Khalifa would do.

This night would not have been the same without management from Mike Sweets. Thanks for making everything go accordingly.

Oh Yea, Here Is That Pool Pic I Mentioned!

Create Your Own Clout! – Brook Benrich

Finally Friday!

Today, we introduce a new artist to the All Nighters. I had the pleasure of listening to the recent project by Brook Benrich. CYOC is definitely a different sound. As far as style and content, not trying to sound like the rest. Despite the slight voice comparison to Harlem emcee Juelz Santana, the flow is completely different.

Like many rappers from that same era, Benrich attacks some powerful beats. They were full of percussion, well mixed and energetic. This artist stands on his own, mostly. There is a joint with fellow Brooklyn rapper and our featured artist, StarrBux. Gotta love the chemistry.

The big message I could rock with on this EP is independence. Brook does not shy away from telling you how he got it on his own. This will be fuel for the hustler or anyone in a fast-paced city.

Genesis – John Creasy

What's Shakin?

Tell em, John Creasy! We got blessed with another solo project following the Spring hit, Power. This time around, he is only accompanied by the Aussie producer, KHARNI CLASSIX. One who laid an audio-brick road for the artist to cruise over. Honestly, I just want to roll a foot-long and get lost in these tracks.

Great to witness Creasy entering the game and improving along the way. This project is short and easy to vibe to. He pays homage to the OG's before us with, Losing Weight. Real Hip Hop heads know the classics by Cam'ron with Juelz Santana and the late, Prodigy. Might be my favorite on the EP, I'm eager to hear your favorites.

The Originals – Sauce Heist x Ty Da Dale x Jamal Gasol

It's heating up, Summer!

Just got this fresh pack from Mr. 31 and it's potent. Soon as the joint starts, all you hear is pure Hip Hop. What a lineup, production by Wavy Da Ghawd, verses from Ty Da Dale,  Sauce Heist,  & Jamal Gasol. Better material than what you got from most acts at the awards the other night. These guys are taking the independent game by storm.

The Originals is another street banger to add to the Playlists. Instead of complaining about the trash rap that's going around, listen to real artists like these. If you in the ride, drop your windows so your neighbors on the road can hear what's coming out your system. Pull up the link below, press play till your fingers cramp!
