Midnight Blues – Money Stacks

What It Sound Like?

The streak continues with a vet who’s new to Rhyme All Night. There’s always something recognizable when a Harlem cat is in the room. I take pleasure in welcoming Money Stacks aboard. I don’t know if it’s a Queens things, but me and my family always had good chemistry with heads from the Uptown area.

Right away, I get a good feeling from this tune. The Boom Bap is constant, while melodic keys lay around. Casso Beats knows how make the listener feel the track! I’m feeling the controlled blend of smoothness while maintaining energy.

To build the level of quality, Timi repeats the title over the soft-touch chorus. Kinda gives me of a Kool G. Rap vibe, it’s a fly hustler’s joint. Stacks delivers in the pocket with his sling raps making it look easy. Though, this tune is for the streets, the artist shows and proves. He has substance, no recycled drug bars.

The lyrical content is consistent, plus he puts life in rhyme perspective, casually.  Midnight Blues is comforting in the struggle and inspirational to keep pushing. A song that makes you want to hear more. You could find more at SoundCloud, as well as moneystacksmedia.com

I’m sure people go to school and dump resumes for countless hours to have this kind of reception. Can’t express how fortunate I am to be here. Between the rhyming and blogging, valued links have been established. With that said, shouts to K. Burns for calling the right plays at the right time. An emcee himself, yet won’t hesitate to feed his brethren. He put me on to a young spitta out Ruston.

Yes, Louisiana has a strong history of talented rappers, 318CHA$E adds to that list tonight. The artist made his way to BK to shoot a grassroots vid, no green screen! It’s all good we like green screens over here. It’s something about being in that natural environment, though. There’s nothing like it. You could still find some fly digi effects in spots that blend right. Take notice to the midpoint, where they transition to behind the scene footage of their recent show at Bushwick Public House.

I feel the content, easily having that spiritual connection. Mentioning how he relies on the Lord through situations. It’s a one verser, but to the point. This what we call Ghetto Gospel. CHA$E glides over the boom bap track giving the song an element that helps him stand out. Time is doing him well, as he continues to tour and drop new heat. After watching this, click subscribe.

I continue to thank the supporters, in all that you do. Especially those rare dimes that like underground rap! Biggups to TFMG, keep that work flowing. Leave your reactions in the comment section. Yahweh blessing…

Shaw Brothers – Josiah X Rob Deniro

What It Sound Like?

More new music for the people. Your boy is fortunate to get exclusives from recognized figures in our world. I got a bangin track from none other than, Rob Deniro. Your gonna love it.

He reached into Eastern films for this dig. Notice that legendary Shaw sample in the background, as he introduces Josiah The Gift for a lyrical medley. I’m a barfly, so I quickly noticed the clever wordplay. I’m also a big Martial arts movie head, who can be critical. The artist does not disappoint. Not only is it street, he also has fight related cadences.

Another hit from the home team, we welcome Josiah to the RAN fam. After hearing this, there’s only one thing to do. You already know, go support. Not only YouTube, do your searches and find more.

Thank you for coming through. Blessing of Yahweh for you and yours.
