Midnight Blues – Money Stacks

What It Sound Like?

The streak continues with a vet who’s new to Rhyme All Night. There’s always something recognizable when a Harlem cat is in the room. I take pleasure in welcoming Money Stacks aboard. I don’t know if it’s a Queens things, but me and my family always had good chemistry with heads from the Uptown area.

Right away, I get a good feeling from this tune. The Boom Bap is constant, while melodic keys lay around. Casso Beats knows how make the listener feel the track! I’m feeling the controlled blend of smoothness while maintaining energy.

To build the level of quality, Timi repeats the title over the soft-touch chorus. Kinda gives me of a Kool G. Rap vibe, it’s a fly hustler’s joint. Stacks delivers in the pocket with his sling raps making it look easy. Though, this tune is for the streets, the artist shows and proves. He has substance, no recycled drug bars.

The lyrical content is consistent, plus he puts life in rhyme perspective, casually.  Midnight Blues is comforting in the struggle and inspirational to keep pushing. A song that makes you want to hear more. You could find more at SoundCloud, as well as moneystacksmedia.com

Still Got It 2 – Mercedez Miller

What It Sound Like?

This year flew by right? With a week like this one, I see why. So much new heat from so many dope rappers who take advantage of time. It’s been endless fun hearing the material, guess I didn’t notice the calendar. Tonight it’s all about someone who only gets better with time.

Mercedez Miller revisits her previous theme, Still Got It with a complete album. Yes, she is a talented emcee, this is a great music piece overall. RAN fans know I big up the producer, as well as the artist. She made that very easy on me by producing her own tracks. Yup, she made the beats, then she slayed the beats!

Mama has a seasoned approach with SGI2, not looking for microwaved streams. Original lines, exposure of sensitive topics, her fans are here to stay. There is a lot of concern for the youth and well being of society in her music. Being able to come to terms with her own reality helps express so vividly.

I dig how versatile Mercedez is. She can rip a rapper apart, make you ampped to go out, or hit you with a tear jerker. Her flows can’t be counted, she always switches up. Keeps things exciting. There is a cool empowering and spiritual wave that comes along with this album. Everybody in the fam could enjoy this piece. With this display, it was never a question if she still got it! Follow on the socials and add her to your playlists on your favorite digital music stores.

Salutes to the passers-by, I’m loving the feedback. Blessings to you and yours from Yahweh.

Montana Grammar – RJ Payne X Robert Denir0

What It Sound Like?

Tonight’s video is a shortee that makes up for time with pure quality!

I’m pleased to write about the artists involved in our feature. The emcee is heavily rooted in Hip Hop culture, with a track record deserving of a documentary. Philly representative, RJ Payne holds no punches back. My first time hearing him was over a decade ago. He destroyed rappers in front an MTV audience. Long story short, he was robbed of a championship title and potential record deal. After a particular producer of interest heard him spit, he chose to work with RJ despite the decision of Viacom. An undying desire kept him going, eventually receiving honorable mentions by Black Thought.

Stepping into the present, Payne picks up a monster instrumental from Robert Denir0. A big look for both, Robert has a waiting list of rappers wanting tracks from him. So, it’s an ideal scenario for a veteran recording artist. This meeting of talent will propel RJ further than he already is.

If you have eyesight, you gotta dig the visuals!  4KHD organic back block footage of Philly. Montana Grammar sets the tone for funeral music for the weak rappers out there. The horns in the background, dark Chevy truck creeping solidify the burial.

We’re blessed to witness the first official video with a Denir0 beat. Which happens to be with a well accomplished rapper. I won’t take up more of your time, thanks for coming through. Bless all from the Most High. Show your support and enjoy the brand new video!

Unordinary Love Song – Madhattan Mayor X Robert Denir0

What It Sound Like?

The weekend is in sight, we’re almost there. Depending where you’re reading from, could be closer to Friday. Of course, we have new tunes to carry us on our way. Our prized producer, Robert Denir0 dropped this piece on me today. All Nighters know if Rob stamps a track, I anticipate it like a trailer for a new film. The crowd also is aware he only sends beats to certain caliber emcees.

Welcome Madhattan Mayor,  new face to RAN. In case the clever name doesn’t give it away, the artist describes his home of Manhattan for you. The verses are decorated with street situations, poetically. Double M does well at speaking of it without glorifying his past. This song still is a theme for the hustlers out there. Whatever your hustle is, you “Gotta Get This Cake Right.”

One of the more laid back productions I’ve heard from Denir0. The background has strong level of sensitivity, makes it easy for radio spins. I’m one who appreciates versatility and Rob displayed it again. Madhattan has good lyrics, vocals, with flow for the melody. Look forward to hearing more in the near future. Meanwhile, pop out to Sound Cloud and run up those streams!

Thank everyone for coming through, plus your support on other sites. God bless you and yours!

Money.Power.Respect – Sauce Heist x Dirty Diggs

What It Sound Like?

Another busy week, even busier weekend!

Glad to see artists I respect, getting work in. Tonight's topic really needs no intro. Sauce Heist is a gatekeeper in the underground circuit. It is hard to find someone with their ear to the streams, that doesn't know who he is.

Since our last cover, Sauce has fully vested in Dirty Diggs for production of the latest release, Diamond Dust Shoes. His song used for promo really stood out to me, so this post will focus on Money.Power.Respect

The energy is set immediately and kept through the entire tune. The high pitch sample along the heavy boom bap background mirror the piercing voice of Heist. Listen, as he shows dominance over amateur rappers. Street savvy content with a protected rare-jewel polish.

Speaking of "Smell my roses"

expressed by the artist. Our site's purpose is to  provide that platform.

HEIST LIFE is making big accomplishments. Look at the legends that Dirty Diggs are, plus the ones they have produced for. Let's encourage our brothers when the opportunity is there.

M.P.R is dope, the complete album is available on Bandcamp, it already sounds promising. I'm sure the vinyls are on their way, show your support. Thank you, as always. God bless you and yours!
