MVP – Bless The General

What It Sound Like?

This feels good. You hear that keyboard? That's the type of music we like, something for all senses. We got another smoker from Bless The General. Somehow, between recording tunes with Snow The Product and Wu artists, he made time for RAN. With his song awareness, he'll continue to work with greats.

Tonight's tune is for the motivators. Not for those clinging to a nuisance of the past. It takes those set backs to propel forward, occasionally. Producer Ride out on da Beat gave the track plenty energy with this mini score from scratch. It's highly professional with that independent producer stamp. Reminds me of my Sound Click days!

Bless kept the independent vibe with a selfie - themed video. Intentionally his arm is in view holding the phone. This gives the viewer space to vision an ex on the other side of that video call. Not bothered by the loss, he moves forward knocking doors down instead of closing them.

He does lock in the lab, as you'll peep in the vid. It shows, his music is doing well on the platforms. This joint is for any time or place. Personally, I dig the closing of it when Bless sparks up. A blunt man, yet he also enjoys a fresh SPLIFF:30 haha. Thanks for the shout out bro! All Nighters log on to YouTube and run it up. Most High blessings to all readers!

keep dreamin. – 318CHA$E

What It Sound Like?

"Guess who's bizzack?" Got another cool video from 318CHA$E. Great to hear from the kid, again. RAN supports Team Fame Music Group, and other like minded artists. More jewels all through this tune. Despite the youth, 318 is wise. The maturity level won't be ignored.

Simplicity is key in this treatment by Lonzell Clark. A few locations were used. Nice downtown view from alongside the bridge, an arcade, plus a short shot of the strip. Down to Earth, tangible memories in those areas. Our producer is unknown, though the beat has a Sounds Of Blackness vibe. Another that comes to mind is Organized Noize. The jazzy groove is an instant grabber. Great selection to rap over.

CHA$E chooses Boom Bap instead of trap. Actually references the pits of the street life, and how he'd rather opposite. His content has depth, wisdom beyond his years. I'm confident in the future of Hip Hop with artists like this on the grind. With every marketing opportunity to get the youth used to nursery rhymes, he remains thorough.

Pull up the YouTube link and lock in. Visit other vids from our artist, please follow. Thank you to fans all around the world. The artists, I appreciate your patience. Jah Bless!

Crush – Lawless X K. Clarke

What It Sound Like?

Yes, all these posts are special to me, each in its own way. This one being a producer I have worked with, as well as consider him a brother. In fact, during sessions he's mentioned working with fellow his track mate.

Early RAN fans remember me writing about K. Clarke nearly a couple years ago. Singer, producer, engineer extraordinaire. The Palm Beach gold mine has teamed up with Broward, FL representer, Lawless for a success. This emcee embodies elements of a real artist from the 90's while adapting current tech.

Notice the influences of the greats in his flow. K. Clarke pays homage to the LL, and Boyz II Men classic with a slight sample. Of course, he put the Runway Music Group touch on it with the track and vocals! Lawless also bigs up the Golden Era hit in the closing of his verses. Even more reason why I find this so special.

Sam Cook Hunnid Grand brought the natural intimacy with likely events. I feel I've deaded phone calls at the sight of "The One." Overall, capturing those butterfly moments are lifelike. The actress meeting up with our subject on her break, after their studio sessions. Most of our readers are entertainers, so it's easy to find yourself in the same shoes.

This is real a song from a real man to real woman. Can't ignore when these examples are set. A fly, down to earth video available at YouTube. Watch, subscribe, and spread the word. Thank you All Nighters for staying up with me. Blessings in the name of Yahweh!

Double Feature – The Deity, V

What It Sound Like?

One of the luxuries of underground content is hidden  gems. I feel like this artist says some of  the slickest  lines, and deserves to be on your radar. The Deity, V is   product of a talent  rich, inner city. Newark, NJ   has given us talent and ambition from sports, music,  to politics. We're running with the music for this post.

Deity is full of character, to say the least. Initially, some  of his art work could be a little spooky. Once you listen  to what he's saying and how, you're gonna be  impressed. He is an emcee that puts as many of his experiences in rhyme, as possible. With all the personality he has, it makes it more likely. Too many people claim swag, personality stands out. I don't know if he knows it, but he has star power.

Shouts to Ahj, who worked on the production.  Laid back Boom Bap, Lo-fi approach. Deity also put his hand in the mix.  A line that  sticks out to me, "I shine  brighter than what  moths seek"  V brings  you spiritual  flows with slickness. The Lord brought me  through warfare some time back. When I hear the artist, he addresses similar issues. Instead of trying to be gangsta, he's just honest. Much more credible, plenty people could relate. By hearing a talented rapper mention it, they might become more comfortable talking about it.

This is a thinkers tune. Do roll something up while you vibe to this heat. Drink if you have a smooth one. Get your version from Bandcamp, show your support. The more from you, the more beats to buy and studio time. Special thanks to our fans, keep passing through. More on the way for you. As always, I want to see you blessed by the Lord!

What It Sound Like?

The shadowy raps continue with this custom edition. Earlier, was a single. Now we get into an EP released by The Deity, V.  He storms in exercising lyrics with cadences involving sacred names. Walking down a narrow path in Kumite produced by Brabus Reed.

The next tune comes through like a winter chill with harmonic loop from NC. Some dope wordplay, as well as Near Rhyme display. An attribute pointed out by fellow blogger Rap Seminar. "Legalize the smoke that way anybody can get it I know" Another sneaky line, it's the punches fighter don't see that get them.

V grabs a track from Heretic for some abstract poetry. Defining himself celestial, betrayed by and undervalued. Knowing his worth, the young lady is expected carry herself upon high. I respect where his mind is at. Adeadly double dose of Venom is a cipher based joint. Taz Grooze and DEMON973 join the freestyle over the laid back beat by NightChild.

One more soulful track from Heretic carries us out. Hear the record spin through the sample. V gives us a melodic flow. Confidence is proven through the voice inflection. He uses the range of his vocals to his best benefit. Bars are original as his style.

The Deity rhymes in the spiritual realm. The road less traveled in this game over saturated with cartel careers. Mamba is  audio therapy. Something different and authentic. One more pick up from Bandcamp. Thank you to our readers and artists for your confidence. May Yashua bless you eternally!

Champion – Che’ Noir

What It Sound Like?

Get the red carpet ready! One of our break through artists has a new  reel to share with us. Continuing her campaign of her debut single, Che' Noir drops new visuals for it. This road to success has given us almost a fish bowl view of the artist's life.

We as fans feel a sense of connection with her family, since her father and mother are mentioned from time to time. Her parental structure was a sensitive one. Lyrics are full  of nutrients, relative  situations, avoiding  fairy  tales. Avoiding being perfect, doesn't mind to show  flaws. The type of  track layed by  DJ T - Rell has rags to riches infused in it.

Within  maybe a year and a half, Che' has made a music career. Attracting the ear of Benny The Butcher, as well as the business interest of 38 Spesh. Currently, see her as  the cleanest  thing in the abandoned building.  Maybe it's her  treacherous  flow that   demolished it.  Just her and Mr Fam First in  front the camera  while G Rec TV Filmz. The 4K with minor filters was a great contrast to the scenery debris.  Also see flashes  of Ali putting gloves on his opponents.

Clear to hear why Che'  gets her hand raised as the victor in the match  against  life. This young  woman  refuses to  be a statistic  in her city of Buffalo. Make sure you keep up, watch the video via YouTube. Stream on all majors. Get the upcoming project, Thrill Of The Hunt 2. Thank you to our loyal fans for all that you do. Jah bless!
