LIKES:

Dean Ambrose returned to help Seth Rollins attack Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre(Opinion: Yes that was very predictable but also very well done; if you would have asked me a year ago that Dolph Ziggler vs Seth Rollins for the IC belt would be the most compelling program on Raw going into SS; I would have said you were crazy, but here we are it’s the only logical story line going on; and adding a returning Dean Ambrose should only add to the intrigue going in to SS)

DISLIKES:

At All Costs – John Creasy X Won87

What It Sound Like?

Time is flying. Feels like I wrote about this artist a few nights ago. That's because I did.

Part of the reason the clock is moving so fast is the ethic of John Creasy. Not letting his foot off the pedal since the recent single. For this new anticipated EP, he teamed up with art dealing producer Won87. Together, a true Hip Hop Symphony.

The background ranges with blends from grit to jazz cognac tracks. That always goes good with Piff. When you have such quality production, a dope emcee like Creasy can't miss. He easily gets his point across to the streets, though I must say the bars are sharper than ever. Fans will be heavily impressed with the cadences and wordplay.

If you don't think those two were enough for a Hip Hop hommi, the guest appearances are some of the underground's Most Wanted list. This consist of Sage Infinite, this rapper has a vivid sound of the Golden Era. Our familiar face, Jamal Gasol slid through and dropped a 31 for the home team. From the PRR camp, Nowaah The Flood delivers that abstract pain.  Keeping the energy going for a fluid project, we got our last feature from Lord Juco, all spittin the code.

AAC is rap that rappers can listen to. So, get right to this.

God Bless!

Thor The Dark World

“Thor The Dark World” is definitely not one of Marvel’s most desirable films; with a very lackluster plot along with an uneven tone to the movie; it’s honestly just lacks very little excitement that so many of us have come to expect from a Marvel Super Hero cinematic experience. While yes the final action piece is actually stronger than most and again the comedic timing is pretty spot on for the majority of the film; there’s a lot of plotting and dialog that’s just uninteresting or mystifying for just extended periods of time.

Positive

•Chris Hemsworth again as Thor knocks it’s out the park with his performance of “The God Of Thunder” with this being his 3rd outing he’s clearly found a comfort zone with the character and knows exactly the correct tone to take with him at this stage of his mythology.
• Tom Hiddleston as Loki stole every scene he was in and his ability to make you feel for a character that has done so much evil is truly masterful, on a side note I though the relationship between Loki and his mother was the best part of the movie along with help explain Loki motivations.
• The one aspect of this film that works for me better is Asgard actually feels like a more lived in place; actually got to see other people on the planet interact with each other. Just a much better job of world building.
• As noted before I thought the comedy mostly worked and was sprinkled in at the correct times and I know some had a problem with Kat Dennings lines however I genuinely found her to be the funniest.

Score: 6

Spitta Season – King Merlino

What It Sound Like?

Kids are going back to school, travelers are gassing up. It looks like that season again, Spitta Season. After seeds well planted of a previous mix tape release. The now crowned, King Merlino distributes his single through your favorite online stores.

Previously, I had the luxury of doing a write-up on the entire project, tonight we focus solely on the single. Soon as the intro is heard, the audience anticipates a bang. Whoever guessed so, was right. That is exactly what the audience gets from this track. I wish I had a clever way to biggup the producer of this action packed beat. However, like the age of Wolverine, the source remains unknown.

Nonetheless, that doesn't detour Merlino from ripping through the line up. I'm so glad people are listening to rhymes again. He has the bars to keep you from snoozing. That's right, I recommend this real Hip Hop for all who need to stay up. Spectators, the pressed for time, and especially you truck drivers.

The aggressive flow with lyrics that appear so well thought out. After listening to this artist, you too will recognize he does it so natural. Each reader has your option of which store to pick up the new released, Spitta Season. Which is your favorite?

God bless!
