Falcon Outlaw x Lord Juco – 2020 (Prod by El Brago)

What It Sound Like?

An interesting start of this decade, to say the least. Unfortunately, most of the news sources have sad or negative info to present. Rumors of war, blazing inferno wiping out a continent… I’m here to bring something more inspirational.

We’ve got nuff culture for this gathering. Talent from Europe, North America, and Jamaica combining. A lesson can be taught here to bickering countries. Falcon Outlaw teams up with Lord Juco to spring us into the new year. This is my introductory to El Brago, pushing key tones from Germany.

Raw lyricism over a classy background. I hear individuals looking for change. They’re sick of what they’re used to. Not saying good times don’t exist, just looking forward to better times. Through the uncertainty, we gotta remain optimistic. One of the coolest things about Hip Hop is the ability to be aggressive while delivering a positive message.

What do you look forward to in the new 365? I could definitely hear more from this T Dot sound. Roll out to YouTube and spin this tune. If you’re new, you also have to listen to Outlaw and Juco catalogues. I must get caught up on other joints from El Brago. Thank you to all the readers staying loyal. Many blessings from Yahweh!

Bad Mind – FALCONCREST

What It Sound Like?

I'm just as eager as you to get to this. An original group, to say the least, well due for placement in the RAN catalog. Gotta put my passport to use and check our family over the border in Toronto, Ontario.  Biggups to FALCONCREST for platforms of creativity. They keep each song or set entertaining for the listener, as if it were a book series.

Some know I wrote about DNTE on a tune with John Creasy. My first  time hearing him with his label mate, Falcon Outlaw was Kung Fu Lady. "I'm fresh to death lady I'm Camoflauge Monk lady"   Immediately, if  you  have  a  soul you gotta vibe to that joint! Tonight, we reach a different motel series, though. Take a peek into this single from  Red  Rose  Motel.  With slow, gritty  production  from Giallo  Point.  He uses  the  right  balance of horns, plus acoustics leaving room for the emcees.

Growing up Jamaican cultured, I have a special appreciation for  FALCONCREST.  Their Yaad mon influence is heavy in the music.  Shows  you lyrical value as they flip the lingo, which is real Hip Hop. Bad Mind gets into the art of concealment. The intro preps you for jewels on the way. I won't give too much up, let's say you can't approach the subject one sided.

Outlaw not only  spits gems, he also uses his voice in spots as an instrument extension. That is a trait of a producer's ear, as well.  Dnte  is the classy gangsta. His gems are most decorated in fly talk. The way they work their contrasts and comparisons is compelling. Don't take it from me, though. Do as the artist says, and play it a couple times.

Enjoy free spins at SoundCloud make sure you keep up with the High Heat duo.  Don't confuse them with the show, the name derives from a much  greater movement overseas. Thanks for choppin it up  with me.  Blessings from Yahweh!

Broken Stones – John Creasy X Dnte

What It Sound Like?

It's about that time, night time. Seems it always is here. This one comes to you from the northern border. A combo of Niagara and Toronto.

All Nighters recognize John Creasy from previous posts. This West New Yorker is sharpening his tools, steadily. He kept it street savy while hitting you some slick lyrics. The kid knows how to pick some beats, too.

Yup, none other than Wavy Da Ghawd. It's a soul-classic sample. How we like it, Golden Era material.

Since my trip to T Dot in the early 2000's, their sound has expanded in Hip Hop. Dnte of FALCON CREST, represents that expansion vividly in his sixteen. Check the demeanor, flow, and content. Also, a match for the background sounds.

Pop out to Sound Cloud and show your support for the artist dem. It's easy with music like this.
